What kind of program language would I need to build an application to annotate and pull text from PDF files and webpages?

Http.//pybrary.net/pyPdf/ is a pure python pdf processing library. Given that processing numeric data is almost the same in all languages, I'd suggest pyPdf.

Annotate PDF: All You Need to Know

I tried to use the PPDF for a while but found it was rather slow with large strings. So I finally gave up. PPDF is a python extension for processing PDF files. Unlike the PDF modules you can do pretty much anything with it. The advantage is that it is completely free. It is a great tool to generate PDF documents. It is similar to Adobe Acrobat PDF, but with a few added tools it can do almost everything. My first version of the library was a bit rough around the edges but worked on my needs, at least. What was needed was a library that allowed me to do something as simple as converting from one file format to another. There were other libraries but none that were as easy to use and more python-friendly. How easy was it to use? It is actually that simple. All you need is a Python interpreter.
