Both iAnnotate and GoodReader support proper PDF annotations. This means t appear as real annotations (with pop-up notes) when opened in other viewers like Nitro Reader, Nitro Pro and Add Notes To Pdf.online Reader, and can be replied to, etc. (If your viewer allows it). Annotate PDF: All You Need to Know
With a simple “Add annotation to ...” link to the note-based drawing, when a colleague is viewing the PDF on their computer that's already filled in the annotations on the notes page, they can simply select that note from their computer, and get a pop-up that tells them what they wrote. With t I can't do this. The browser window still loads the PDF and the note-based drawing and there's no way to insert a link in the pop-up window to the annotated page.
