What are some lesser-known sights to see when visiting Sacramento, CA?

The State Capitol, there's a museum (I used to work here) inside that nearly defines the whole California. There's quarterly exhibits. It's in the basement. Little Saigon in South Sacramento, it's has the best Vietnamese restaurants you'll find in California and in the entire United States (outside of San Jose). Coin Op, it's a very chill bar in K Street in downtown Sacramento. It's a classic arcade themed bar where you can play classic arcade games. You can play Jenga in the patio with random strangers and make new friends. Ancil Hoffman park, also a golf course. There's wild-life viewing and interpretive trails (native American). There's a 2nd Saturday art walk. 2nd Saturday Art Walk in Midtown Sacramento, CA There's Sampino's town foods on 16th street downtown. Best meatball sandwich in town and Italian deli. Somebody mentioned it but just outside of Sacramento, The Old Sugarmill that house various vitners and great for wine tasting. Also, a little further, and you have Amador County, even better for wine tasting. In midtown near East Sacramento, t call it the Fab 40s. Excellent example of suburban mansions. It used to be an extensive streetcar network. Yummy Juice on Freeport Blvd and Blue Moon Cafe further up on Freeport for awesome Hong Kong style dishes and Oto's Market - Japanese supermarket and imports.

In addition to authentic cuisines there are also some trendy restaurants located along Stockton Boulevard, all with their own unique styles. There is a beautiful new strip of restaurants along Stockton and Sacramento which is called California Street. In addition to local Vietnamese food you now have a new style of fast food dining called 'McDonald's, the newest fast food chain in the nation. The strip is filled with fast food restaurants. You have a bunch of sushi bars which all serve a different type of roll(I believe the rice paper roll is the most popular) and you also have a bunch of Asian places along Sacramento that specialize in Asian cuisine. Also, a great place to take lunch in Sacramento is the nearby University Village. The University Village is a shopping area with tons of restaurants and shops.  The restaurants have been around since the 1980s including KFC(the famous fast.
