How do I print annotations in PDF?

This feature is available from version 0.15 in okular. Documents can be directly printed with annotations. Documents can also be saved with annotations using File >> Save As option. You can get the latest version of okular here. Note.- This would also require latest version of poppler ( >= 0.12.1 ).
